The ESS Ltd. team is designed and managed specifically to suit each customer’s needs and, if required, can remain at a facility on a long-term basis. Our personnel operate as service providers dependent on delivering total flexibility and control in an effective and efficient service.

In addition to the skilled personnel we place on site, our Customer Relations Manager will meet regularly (depending on client requirements), with your relevant managers to review the quality and efficiency of our staff and ensure that all issues are dealt with proactively. Our Customer Relations Managers are experienced maintenance specialists with many years of industry experience.

We use the ESS Ltd. Scorecard, with agreed performance measures to continually ensure that the quality of our service always meets, and indeed exceeds, expectations.
