Currently ESS Ltd. is recruiting for Engineering Supervisors, Process Engineers, Project Engineers, Automation Engineers and Technicians throughout Ireland:

Title: Process Engineers

Location: Limerick
Salary: DOE

Qualification / Experience / Duties:

• The main purpose of the position will be to provide process engineering and controls support. Activities will include researching current and emerging technologies, evaluating process cost, quality and capability alternatives. Activities will also include performing process characterization and optimization using designed experiments, problem solving and secision making tools
• Primary Degree in Process, Production, Manufacturing, Polymer or Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of six sigma/continuous improvement methodologies.
• Have statistical process control and capability analysis using ANOVA and DOE techniques.
• Experience in the use of 'black belt' statistical techniques is an advantage, in addition to familiarity with manufacturing and validation in an regulated (FDA/IMB) environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, root cause analysis and risk assessments with a strong attention to detail.

Title: Project Engineers

Location: Limerick
Salary: €35000 - €45000

Qualification / Experience:

• Third Level Engineering Degree ( Mechanical, Automation/ Software)
• Knowledge of PLC's - Allen Bradley/Siemens/APT
• Experience of leading Projects within a high volume regulated environment - NPI/Upgrading of existing process etc.
  
• Excellent communication / Interpersonal skills, with exceptional attitude and work ethic

Title: Service Engineers

Location: Belfast
Salary:£25,000 - £27,000

Experience / Qualification :

• Qualification in Electrical Discipline
• Knowledge of CNC machines
• Experience of trouble-shooting on PLC's
• Previous experience of working within a high volume maintenance environment
