Performance Management System (PMS)

The ESS Ltd. Performance Management System (PMS) will:

• Calculate your Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Overall Plant Performance (OPI) and Plant Performance Index (PPI)
• Compare your assets performance and benchmark with global baselines, giving users a comprehensive insight into actual versus potential asset performance
• Provide your actual yield produced verse’s projected yield in real time

The ESS Ltd. Performance Management System (PMS) provides real time performance data and allows for a unique insight into the performance of assets. The system has its own built in analysis tool therefore eliminating the need to export data to other formats for analysis This allows users to immediately identify areas where new levels of performance and better utilisation of equipment can be achieved, leading to immediate and significant financial gains. In all cases the result is more output from less resources (material, assets and people), directly impacting on bottom line results.

The information from the Performance Manager forms the basis for identifying, prioritising and justifying any improvements. It utilises the accepted measurement methodologies of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Overall Plant Performance (OPI) and Plant Performance Index (PPI).
