Comprehensive Boiler Operation & Management Training Course

This program has been designed to give a broad introduction to the most common & important Components, Principles & Concepts used in Boiler Systems. Safe operation practices & boiler efficiency issues are discussed in addition to the rules & regulations that govern the workplace. Attendees will learn how to perform Proper Maintenance Procedures for their system and how to conduct vessel inspections.

The topics presented are designed to help you become a better operator, trouble-shooter and maintenance technician.

Course Objectives:

Upon completion of this course you will have:
  1. A solid knowledge of Basic Boiler Systems and the Components and the Accessories used in these systems
  2. Know how and why boiler systems work
  3. An understanding of present dangers when not operating your system safely
The training course is divided into 10 sessions with the instructor spending the first day discussing issues concerning Safety, Maintenance, and Basic Troubleshooting with students being encouraged to ask questions and share knowledge about situations in the field.

Each attendee will be given an instruction manual containing incident reports, safety articles, how to test for and prevent carbon monoxide poisoning, technical documents on boiler maintenance, gas line capacities, boiler logs. Also included are troubleshooting documents on correct sequence of operation, service tips and a troubleshooting checklist.
