Trainer Profile

Dave Rilley
has over 20 years experience within Operations & Maintenance Management coupled with a background in instrumentation and system controls. As someone, who has worked on "both sides of the fence" Dave's level of understanding of the challenges involved in a modern Maintenance environment means that his core skills include implementing and executing improvement projects.

As part of the ESS Ltd. team, David has project managed ESS Ltd. Maintenance Tansformation Programmes involving improvements in both the day-to-day and strategic activities. Making such transformations part of the culture and "way of working" rather than simply transitional means that David has been very successful in his ability to make the improvements stick and ensure they do not slip back in demanding, fast pace environments.

Currently Dave is furthering his studies in Asset Care and is due to complete his MSc in Maintenance Engineering Asset Management with the University of Manchester in June 2009.
