COURSE CONTENT

The course is designed around a model of excellence in Turnarounds developed over a number of years. The course has been used to successfully train managers, engineers and supervisors involved in the maintenance of large plants around the world. TRAINER PROFILE

Tom Lenahan is an accomplished expert in maintenance and asset management and has taught, audited and consulted with many companies around the world. His special field is in planning at all levels from high level strategic planning to the very detailed planning required for the day-to-day running of a maintenance system. Tom also teaches Maintenance Systems and Shutdown Planning and Management at MSc level at the University of Manchester in the UK.

Tom has trained, consulted and worked with clients in the UK, USA, Holland, Belgium, South Africa, Russia, India, Bahrain, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Argentina, Singapore and Australia.
