Cancellation of registration for an ESS Ltd. Maintenance Training course must be made in writing to:

If you are unable to attend, the following options apply:

• A substitute delegate may attend on your behalf at no additional cost; please notify us of delegate names changes as soon as possible.
• A fee of 20% will apply for written cancellations received 7-14 days prior to the commencement of the course.
• Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the course are not refundable however substitute candidates are welcome.
