Great job by all the team at ESS and Eirdata for successfully passing once again our surveillance audit for ISO 9001. Even though it is difficult unprecedented times with Covid19 it was very much business as usual when it comes to quality, using modern technology to enable the audit to be completed remotely. The auditor was extremely complimentary on our excellent focus on customer account requirements, our competency of staff and our risk treatment identification and controls.
