assesses how well your asset management processes are currently working and the potential for further improvement. Our assessment involves a combination of interviews, observations, information review and expert opinion. It is done to minimize disruption to day to day activities and build up a complete picture in a limited time. Having completed our assessment we will then work with you to produce an improvement plan. You can implement this yourself or alternatively ESS Ltd. can provide assistance, if required.
