Colin is the Group Customer Performance Manager and has proven track record in managing structural changes in operations, logistics in the service industries in the UK and Ireland over the past 30 years.
Colin joined the company in 2016 as part of the senior management team and has set key objectives in the strategic development of the Group.
Colin has responsibility for the management and operations of all the ESS key accounts in the following sectors, Food, Beverage, Pharma and Manufacturing in the UK and Ireland.
A key element of Colin’s role is governance model, the Customer and Employee Relations Management (CER) function is incorporated at every stage of the customer’s business life cycle.
Colin’s primary objective is to ensure that the relationship is sustainable and mutually beneficial over a long term which includes Managing the relationship with the clients and employees through Meetings, Operational Change, Auditing and benchmarking, Problem resolution, managing these relationships is communication and fundamental to this are three levels of interaction, between all the stakeholders.
In addition to the above, in 2014, Colin completed a Diploma in Facilities Management from Portobello College in Dublin.
