Gillian runs the Training Division at ESS, with 10 years industry experience, she brings a wealth of skills, knowledge and experience to the role. She graduated from the Cork Institute of Technology in 2005, where she was awarded a Bachelor of Business Honours Degree with a major in Marketing. Since college, Gillian has worked in Sales & Marketing Coordinator & Managerial roles where she has developed a great aptitude for organising and supervising projects and events.
Promoting and managing the Training Division is the main focus of her job. Gillian’s appetite for education and self improvement enhances the training division and drives the department forward. She continually reviews the training portfolio, adding and updating content, and adding new courses in line with current trends and topics of interest.
